NFL Announces National TV Schedule for Hall of Fame Game, 2026 Preseason Games
The full schedule for the 2026 NFL preseason was released on Wednesday.
Preseason action will start with the Hall of Fame game once again, as the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers are set to face off in Canton on Aug. 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
The next preseason game on national television will take place on Aug. 20, with the Las Vegas Raiders traveling to play the Houston Texans.
The Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans will also play each other in front of a national audience on Aug. 23.
For the third week of the preseason, the New England Patriots are matching up with the Cleveland Browns on Aug. 27 before the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles wrap up the nationally televised preseason action on Aug. 28.
As for the Hall of Fame game, the Cardinals and Panthers were previouslyย announcedย as opponents in March.
While starters don't typically see much playing time during the preseason opener, Arizona could still send out rookie running back Jeremiyah Love for a few snaps after selecting him with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.
The Panthers added offensive tackle Monroe Freeling with the No. 19 overall choice and it isn't hard to imagine the former Georgia standout taking the field to begin the contest as well.
