Kroger Queen City Championship Presented By P&G 2026 - Final Round

Nelly Korda and Jeeno Thitikul have been the two best players in the world entering the 2026 US Women's Open, and there is no reason to believe they will not be at or near the top of the leaderboard at the end of play, even if this particular event has not been kind to their otherwise glistening resumes.

They have combined for five wins this year, but neither has a US Women's Open title to their name. Korda finished T-2 at last year's tournament, while Thitikul's best finish at the event was T-6 in 2024.

They have both suffered some significant frustrations at the event and will find themselves answering plenty of questions ahead of Thursday's start.

While the competition includes Hannah Green and Hyo Joo Kim, among others, Norda and Thitikul are poised to overcome the hurdles that have prevented them from winning a US Women's Open title to this point and stand atop one of the grandest stages in their sport as the victor.

They are the two top-ranked golfers in the world, and this year's tournament will be their opportunity to prove why.
