Myles Garrett's Rams Jersey Number Revealed in Photo After Poona Ford's Trending Post

The Browns traded Garrett, a two-time Defensive Player of the Year who just amassed an NFL-record 23 sacks, for two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round draft pick, a 2028 second-round choice and a 2029 third-round selection.
Garrett is a seven-time Pro Bowler and a five-time All-Pro with 125.5 career sacks to his name. He'll be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame someday, but for now, he's trying to win a Super Bowl ring with the Rams, who are well-positioned to earn another Lombardi Trophy.
He previously signed a four-year, $160 million extension with the Browns and is now under contract through 2030, per Over the Cap.
Garrett is in line to be a staple on the Rams' defense for the rest of the decade. It's a huge move for a team that also added Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Trent McDuffie to the mix via trade earlier in the spring.
As for Ford, he'll be wearing another number next season, but he's certainly a valued member of the defense. Ford started 10 of 17 games last year, amassing 47 tackles and two sacks. He's in line to start once again in 2026, per the latest Ourlads depth chart.
