Colts' Sauce Gardner Jokes About Rams' Trent McDuffie Photo After Myles Garrett Trade

Nobody knows better than a cornerback how much easier a star pass-rusher makes life for an entire defense.

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Sauce Gardner highlighted as much when he took to social media after the Cleveland Browns traded Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams to join a defense that also features Trent McDuffie in the secondary:

Cleveland shocked the NFL world Monday when it traded Garrett to the Rams for Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round draft pick, a 2028 second-round draft pick and a 2029 third-round draft pick, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

McDuffie probably is smiling just like Gardner said, as the Rams secondary won't have to worry about covering the league's best receivers for quite as long with Garrett attacking opposing quarterbacks.
