Patriots' Milton Williams Posts Cryptic Batman GIF Amid A.J. Brown, Eagles Trade Rumors

Milton Williams must've had a feeling that A.J. Brown was on the way.

The New England Patriots' defensive tackle posted the following on social media Monday:

That seemingly is a reference to Brown's "Swole Batman" nickname with the Birds, started when cornerback Darius Slay said the Eagles had a bunch of Batmen at wide receiver but no Robins. Brown took on the moniker of Swole Batman, while DeVonta Smith was Skinny Batman.

Not long after Williams made that post, the Patriots announced that they had acquired Brown:

There were plenty of rumors that Swole Batman would be a post-June 1 trade target of the Patriots. In the end, that turned out to be the case.
