Fran Tarkenton and Mick Tingelhoff Get Standing Ovation at Hall of Fame Ceremony

Former Minnesota Vikings center Mick Tingelhoff was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday, and teammate Fran Tarkenton spoke for him at the podium.

Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press told us why Tarkenton took the stage:

As Tark was speaking, he began to well up a bit. In a chill-inducing moment, the crowd gave them both a standing ovation.
