Backstage WWE and AEW Rumors on Sheamus, Maxxine Dupri and More
Sheamus is a future Hall of Famer who has accomplished nearly all that there is to do in WWE, but the Irishman has been conspicuous by his absence lately in the company.
The Celtic Warrior and his injury status headline this collection of insider reports, which also looks at creative plans for Maxxine Dupri and provides an update on QT Marshall after an injury scare Sunday night at AEW Double or Nothing.
Where Has Sheamus Been?

While answering a question in the Fightful Select Answers Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp said: "Sheamus has been sidelined with a shoulder injury. Unfortunately he required surgery and has been sidelined since mid-November. I'm not sure on the timetable for his return."
The Celtic Warrior has not wrestled a match since the November 17 episode of WWE Raw at Madison Square Garden, where he partnered with John Cena and Rey Mysterio to defeat The Judgment Day.
A former WWE and world heavyweight champion, a Royal Rumble winner, King of the Ring, and Money in the Bank winner, Sheamus is a shoo-in for the WWE Hall of Fame and has developed into one of the company's best and most reliable in-ring performers.
Injuries have hampered him in recent years, though, begging the question: How much time does the 48-year-old have left in his in-ring career? Hopefully, enough time to accomplish the one goal he has yet to achieve: winning the Intercontinental Championship.
Latest on Maxxine Dupri's Creative Direction

For weeks, eagle-eyed viewers of Raw have noticed Maxxine Dupri has been talking with The Vision's Austin Theory in the background of several backstage vignettes, culminating this past Monday with her walking away from Otis and Akira Tozawa to catch up with the tag team champion.
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the endgame is, in fact, for Dupri to join The Vision.
It would mark the first time a woman has joined the group since Becky Lynch's loose affiliation with it last fall. That it is one of The Man's most hated rivals, Dupri, would almost be appropriate and give her someone to feud with should she turn babyface and side with Seth Rollins against his former faction.
Dupri made tremendous in-ring strides during her feud with Lynch, but she fell by the wayside on the road to Wrestlemania 42. It is promising, then, that she seems poised to jump back into the fray in a major way sooner rather than later.
Hopefully, she avoids the injury bug that has consistently bitten the group, after WWE revealed Logan Paul suffered a torn triceps at Saturday Night's Main Event and will be out for several months.
QT Marshall Injury Update

During the Double or Nothing Zero Hour pre-show, QT Marshall was helped to the back during a match pitting Boom and Doom and The Conglomeration against Shane Taylor Promotions.
Sapp reported for Fightful Select that Marshall avoided significant injury, noting that he was backstage at Dynamite on Wednesday, "he appeared fine after the show, and that he isn't expected to miss any time or bookings."
Marshall has been a consistent part of the company's Zero Hour shows, first as an opponent for Big Boom AJ and then as a partner.
