College Baseball Regional 2026 Bracket, Schedule and Hosts
The UCLA Bruins head into the 2026 NCAA baseball tournament as the No. 1 overall seed in the field of 64.
UCLA is one of 16 teams that will host the regional round from May 29-June 1. The full bracket and regional round schedule can be found here on NCAA.com.
Seven of the 16 regional hosts hail from the SEC, including five of the top eight national seeds.
The Georgia Bulldogs, who won the SEC regular-season and tournament titles, are the highest-ranked SEC squad at No. 3.
The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets slotted into the No. 2 national seed to lead a collection of three ACC teams in the top 16.
The regional round is played in a double-elimination format between four teams at each of the 16 sites.
Whichever team emerges from each regional advances into the super regional round. The super regional round pits the remaining 16 teams against each other with eight College World Series berths on the line.
Upsets were common a year ago, as five of the eight College World Series participants were national seeds. Only one top-five national seed made it to Omaha in 2025.
UCLA, Georgia Tech and Georgia will all try to reverse that trend. The Bruins, Yellow Jackets and Bulldogs possess three of the most explosive offenses in Division I.
UCLA's been the best team in college baseball for most of the season with a 48-6 record. The Bruins will be viewed as the favorite to claim the title in Omaha.
