Cowboys' Brian Schottenheimer Sells Home, Check Out Photo from $3.8M Listing in Texas
Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer has listed his McKinney, Texas home for $3.8 million in order to move closer to the team's headquarters in Frisco, Texas.
"It really is just time being closer to work, and every minute counts, when you're at that level, for him," listing agent Carrie Himel explained to Neil Franklin of the Dallas Morning News.

The 52-year-old Schottenheimer has been with the Cowboys since 2022. He first served as a coaching analyst (2022) before working as the offensive coordinator under Mike McCarthy (2023-2024). Dallas promoted Schottenheimer to head coach after McCarthy's contract expired.
Last season, Dallas went 7-9-1. The Cowboys had a stellar offense (seventh in points scored) but struggled defensively, allowing the most points in the league.
Next year's team has potential, though, thanks to some reinforcements on the defensive end. The team will have former New York Jets star defensive lineman Quinnen Williams, a 2025 midseason acquisition, for the whole season.
Dallas also traded for Green Bay Packers linebacker Rashan Gary and picked up two new defensive players in the first round of the 2026 draft (safety Caleb Downs and edge-rusher Malachi Lawrence).
The Cowboys open the 2026 season at the New York Giants on Sunday night, Sept. 13.
