How WWE Will Impact UFC White House Freedom 250 Uncovered in New Backstage Rumors

Doric SamMay 18, 2026

The UFC is reportedly tagging in the WWE to assist with the historic Freedom 250 event at the White House next month.

According to a report from PWInsider (h/t Subhojeet Mukherjee of Ringside News), "a number of WWE stars" will be in attendance at the June 14 fight night. The report revealed that WWE talent will be participating in a fan festival scheduled for that same weekend.

The UFC and WWE are both operated by TKO Group Holdings following a merger in 2023. UFC fighters have been frequently seen in attendance at WWE shows to promote the partnership, and WWE stars have also attended UFC events for the same reason.

UFC Freedom 250 is expected to be a historic showcase that is headlined by a lightweight title unification fight between current titleholder Ilia Topuria and interim champ Justin Gaethje. UFC president Dana White revealed that there will be roughly 4,000 tickets distributed through invites for those who will attend the fight on the White House South Lawn. There reportedly will be another 85,000 fans watching from The Ellipse across the street.

WWE's involvement in Freedom 250 will add even more crossover appeal to next month's fight, and it's clear that the UFC is pulling out all the stops to make it a memorable event.
