TNT Sports, B/R Announce 'The Mac Zone' for 2026 Roland-Garros Coverage with John, Patrick McEnroe

Joseph ZuckerMay 18, 2026

John McEnroe and Patrick McEnroe are bringing The Mac Zone back to TNT Sports and Bleacher Report's coverage of Roland-Garros.

"Designed as an interactive, fan-first experience, The Mac Zone will blend live match coverage, real-time reaction, player insight and direct audience engagement — bringing fans closer to the action in a format native to today's viewing habits," TNT Sports said Monday.

One change for 2026 is that the first hour of the show will be simulcast on Bleacher Report's YouTube channel along with airing on truTV. The cable network will then be the exclusive carrier for the second hour.

The Broadcast Boys' Lucas Brody will contribute to the show, "bridging the conversation between talent, players and fans, while actively engaging with the live YouTube audience."

The main draw for Roland-Garros will get underway on May 24. The Mac Zone is slated to broadcast during the tournament's first six days. With a tentative start time of around 9 a.m. ET, it should showcase some of the biggest matches.

To those unfamiliar with the concept, The Mac Zone serves as a whiparound alternate to the individual match broadcasts where the McEnroes provide their real-time insight.

Craig Barry, TNT Sports' executive vice president and chief content officer, told Rob Schaefer of Sports Business Journal the McEnroes will be stationed in a studio under Court Philippe-Chatrier. They'll be in charge of which matches are spotlighted on the show.

On the men's side, 2025 runner-up Jannik Sinner heads into Roland-Garros as the heavy favorite with a wrist injury forcing reigning champion Carlos Alcaraz to withdraw. Coco Gauff is back to defend her women's singles title, though Iga Świątek and Aryna Sabalenka will be formidable challengers.
