Jalen Hurts Campaigns for Return of Eagles' 'White Kelly Green' Uniforms in Schedule Release Video

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts wants the team to dig into the archives for another throwback look.

In a segment of the team's schedule release video, Hurts said he'd like to see the team bring back the white version of its iconic Kelly Green uniforms.

The Eagles haven't featured those uniforms since 1995, per the Gridiron Uniform Database. They have worn the green version for the past few seasons, doing so on three occasions last year.

In 1996, the Eagles switched their uniform scheme entirely from the Kelly green to Midnight Green. The 1996 switch forms the basis for Philadelphia's most worn jerseys these days.

Philadelphia is looking to improve upon an 11-win season that featured an NFC East title. The Eagles, who won the Super Bowl to cap the 2024 campaign, lost in the NFC Wild Card round to the San Francisco 49ers in January.

This year's team opens the season at home against the Washington Commanders on Sept. 13.
