Cooper primarily operated as the Hoosiers' slot receiver during their run to a national title last season, reeling in 69 catches for 937 yards and 13 touchdowns.

In 3 College Football Playoff games with Indiana to close out the year, he recorded 11 receptions for 133 yards and two scores.

Jeremiah also listed new Cleveland Browns cornerback Emmanuel McNeil-Warren as the top value selection in the second round.

During McNeil-Warren's 2025 season at Toledo, he racked up 77 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, five passes defended, three forced fumbles and two interceptions across 13 appearances.

Meanwhile, the Minnesota Vikings' decision to add offensive tackle Caleb Tiernan was viewed as the top value pick in the third round by Jeremiah.

Tiernan started all 13 games for Northwestern in 2025, earning All-Big Ten Second-Team honors.
