Danhausen and Surprise Partner Beat The Miz & Kit Wilson at WWE Backlash 2026

In his first WWE premium live event match, Danhausen teamed with surprise partner Minihausen—in fact, an entire legion of Minihausens—to beat The Miz and Kit Wilson at Backlash on Saturday.

Since making his WWE debut at the end of February, Danhausen has interacted with and cursed several Superstars, but none have been more adversely impacted by his presence than The Miz and Wilson.

Danhausen's curse has made life miserable for the villainous duo for the past several weeks, and things finally came to a head on the May 1 episode of SmackDown.

After Danhausen had beaten Wilson and The Miz in singles matches in previous weeks and embarrassed them in a segment at WrestleMania 42, they set out to get revenge.

The Miz and Wilson laid a trap by putting out a briefcase of money, but Danhausen simply took $40,000 out of the briefcase and walked away unscathed.

When The Miz went to check out what went wrong with the trap, he and Wilson were shot in the face with baby powder.

Later in the show, The Miz pretended to turn his back on Wilson and side with Danhausen, but it was all a trick, as The Miz and Wilson jumped Danhausen instead.

Shortly after that segment, SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis granted Danhausen a Backlash match against The Miz and Wilson in the event that he could find a partner.

The identity of Danhausen's partner remained a mystery until Backlash when Minihausen was revealed as his surprise teammate.

With Minihausen lending a helping hand, Danhausen scored arguably the biggest win of his career at Backlash, getting the better of his two biggest rivals in one fell swoop.
