Ahead of the May 16 Netflix MMA event headlined by Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano, fans will get a behind-the-scenes look at the buildup to their highly anticipated fight.

On Tuesday, Netflix dropped the trailer for Countdown: Rousey vs. Carano, a special narrated by legendary actress Uma Thurman that will be released on Wednesday.

The Countdown special will take fans inside both Rousey and Carano's training camps, and it will feature commentary from the likes of Most Valuable Promotions co-founders Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani and more.

Rousey and Carano are returning to MMA after lengthy layoffs. Rousey hasn't fought since 2016, while Carano hasn't fought since 2009.

Still, this is a dream matchup that fans have long desired, and it will finally go down in less than two weeks.
