WWE's Chelsea Green Undergoes Heart Procedure amid Recovery from Injury
WWE Superstar Chelsea Green announced Monday that she was recovering following a procedure to correct a heart issue.
In a post on Instagram that included a photo of herself in a hospital bed next to her husband and fellow WWE Superstar Matt Cardona, Green wrote, "After 10 years, doctors finally caught my SVT and I was able to get a heart procedure done! Three hours later and I'm on the mend."

According to the Mayo Clinic, SVT is short for supraventricular tachycardia, which is a "very fast or erratic heartbeat that affects the heart's upper chambers."
Green, 35, is in the midst of her second official stint with WWE after signing with the company in 2023.
While Green's first WWE run was plagued by injuries and a lack of opportunities, she has made the most of her chances this time around, holding the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships once and the Women's United States Championship twice.
Green was also the inaugural women's U.S. champ, and she has been a constant presence on SmackDown thanks to her entertaining heel character.
Although Green has not wrestled a match since February due to an ankle injury, she has still made regular appearances on SmackDown, oftentimes while in a wheelchair.
However, last week on SmackDown, Green stood up from her wheelchair to speak to new women's United States champion Tiffany Stratton, which suggests Green could be back in action soon if all goes well in her recovery from the heart procedure.
