Alvin Kamara Hints at Saints Future amid Latest NFL Trade Rumors
Alvin Kamara's future with the New Orleans Saints has been a bit in question since the team signed Travis Etienne Jr. earlier this offseason, but the star running back indicated that he plans to stick around.
Kamara appeared on The Set with Terron Armstead on Monday and spoke highly of Etienne and what they can accomplish together.
"He's explosive. He hits home runs. He did it in college," Kamara said of Etienne. "I'm excited to see what we can do together."

Kamara added that he "couldn't be happier" with the addition of Etienne.
"A lot of people be thinking there's beef or something when moves like this happen. I couldn't be happier," Kamara said. "He got paid and we got help in the backfield. I'm cool with it."
Etienne's four-year, $52 million deal perhaps signaled that the Saints were going in a different direction with their backfield, but there has been no indication since his signing that Kamara is on the way out.
The 2025 season was a forgettable one for Kamara as he recorded just 471 rushing yards, 186 receiving yards and one touchdown in 11 games, but the 30-year-old is surely still capable of being of service to the Saints, especially as a backup to Etienne.
