He was selected by the Browns with the No. 24 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft following an impressive junior year at Texas A&M.
Concepcion hauled in 61 receptions for 919 yards in 13 games, while his nine touchdown catches were tied for the most in the SEC.
The 21-year-old previously suited up for NC State from 2023-24, catching 124 passes for 1,299 yards and 16 touchdowns over that span. He also factored into the school's rushing attack, picking up 356 yards and two scores on 60 carries.
Concepcion was listed as the No. 3 wide receiver and No. 12 overall player in the 2026 draft class on the final big board from Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department.
B/R NFL Scout Dame Parson highlighted Concepcion's versatility in his scouting report.
"Concepcion is a dynamic, open-field weapon who can go beyond manufactured touches and easy completions," Parson wrote. "He's developing into a well-rounded, high-impact receiver with a high ceiling as an NFL option."
After the Browns owned the second-worst passing attack in the league during their 2025 campaign, Concepcion should immediately operate in a large role as a rookie next season.
