WWE's The Miz Sell California Mansion for $7.4M, Realtor Uses John Cena's Music for Photos

WWE Superstar The Miz is officially no longer a California resident.

The Miz's realtor, Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX, revealed on Instagram that he and his wife, Maryse, sold their Los Angeles-area mansion for $7.4 million following a lengthy stint on the market. Cohen jokingly chose to use the theme music of The Miz's longtime rival, John Cena, to go along with the photos in the post.

"Could've chosen a better song….hahaha," The Miz wrote in the comments. "I can't thank you enough. No one works harder in the industry. Really appreciate you my friend."

Per TMZ, The Miz and Maryse listed their contemporary English manor in Westlake Village, California, in 2024 as they prepared to move to Las Vegas. The 10,400-square-foot property was originally listed for $11.9 million.

"Incredibly grateful for my AWESOME friends and long time clients @mikethemiz @marysemizanin for allowing me to rep them on another real estate deal!" Cohen wrote in the caption. "This one took a minute but we found the perfect buyers that jumped in and closed the deal in less than a week! Was a win/win for everyone! Maryse and Mike did a terrific job with the renovations and this remarkable estate was featured numerous times in the hit tv show @mizandmrs ! I'm very grateful for having such AWESOME clients!!"

TMZ noted that the property includes enticing amenities, including a custom pool and spa, rose gardens, sprawling outdoor living spaces, two detached guest homes, a newly renovated kitchen, a private theater, a wine cellar and more.
