Chad Reuter 2026 NFL Draft Grades, Bills, Cardinals, Raiders Top Expert's Rankings

Julia StumbaughApr 25, 2026

The Buffalo Bills, Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Raiders earned top marks in the final evaluation of the 2026 NFL draft by NFL.com's Chad Reuter.

Reuter gave all three franchises A grades in terms of value gained in their draft picks this year.

The Raiders started out the trade by selecting quarterback Fernando Mendoza at No. 1, then moved down before selecting defensive back Treydan Stukes at No. 38.

Reuter described Stukes as "a versatile, physical defender with excellent speed," although he noted time would be needed to determine if he was a better pick than still-available corners D'Angelo Ponds and Aveion Terrell.

The Cardinals' draft was headlined by No. 3 pick running back Jeremiyah Love, followed by offensive guard Chase Bisontis (No. 34) and quarterback Carson Beck (No. 65) as strong picks.

Reuter called Bisontis "a nasty blocker worthy of his early second-round selection," and described Beck as a quarterback with "the physical attributes to be an NFL starter."

Reuter praised the Bills for trading down three times in the first round but still landing edge rusher T.J. Parker at No. 35 and Ohio State cornerback Davison Igbinosun.

He described Parker as "a much-needed physical pass rush presence on the edge" and wrote that Igbinosun "possesses the size and physicality to start on the outside."

Reuter gave his lowest grade to the Atlanta Falcons, who earned a B-minus after heading into the draft without a first-round pick.

The Falcons, who gave up their 2026 first-rounder in last year's trade for edge rusher James Pearce Jr., started out the draft by drafting Terrell to join his brother A.J. Terrell on the roster.
