'Let's F--king Go,' Fernando Mendoza Hypes Up Raiders Fans in Trending Video After NFL Draft Pick
Fernando Mendoza is already hyping up fans just one day into his career as a quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Mendoza could be seen shouting Raiders minority owner Tom Brady's signature catchphrase "Let's f--king go" in a video shared Friday by Raiders broadcaster Harry Ruiz.
The Raiders selected Mendoza, who led Indiana to a 16-0 record and national championship last season, with the top pick of the 2026 NFL draft on Thursday night.
Mendoza wasn't present at the draft in Pittsburgh as he instead celebrated the pick at home in Miami.
The quarterback still held his first Raiders press conference Friday at the team's headquarters in Henderson.
Mendoza said during his press conference that he'd received texts from teammates including veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins
"Kirk sent me a really nice text. Looking forward to working with him, learning anything I can from him," Mendoza said.
Klint Kubiak will now decide how to manage his veteran and rookie quarterbacks as he heads into his first season as the Raiders' head coach.
