Jeremiyah Love Reveals Plans for 1st NFL Paycheck in Video, Full Breakdown of Cardinals Contract
After being selected by the Arizona Cardinals with the No. 3 pick in the 2026 NFL draft, running back Jeremiyah Love is set for a major payday.
However, Love will be taking his new rookie contract straight to the bank, as he told Front Office Sports that he plans on saving his money.
"I'm not spending it on anything, I'm saving it," he said. "I'm saving it, I'm putting it all away."
Per Over The Cap, Love's rookie contract has a projected value of $53.9 million. Since all first-round contracts are fully guaranteed, he will set a new record for the most guaranteed money for an NFL running back.
Love went on to admit that he does have some spending ideas in mind for his supplemental income, so the rookie is surely ready to enjoy his new job in the NFL.
"My marketing money, that's what I'm gonna spend," Love said. "I'm gonna splurge on myself, maybe buy me a Lamborghini, maybe buy my parents a house or something like that."
