WWE Night of Champions 2026 Date, Location for PLE Announced After WrestleMania
WWE announced Thursday that the Night of Champions premium live event will be held in Saudi Arabia for a second straight year this coming June.
Night of Champions 2026 is set for Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on June 27, almost exactly one year after Night of Champions 2025 took place at the same venue.
This will mark the 13th PLE in WWE history with Night of Champions branding, and the third to emanate from Saudi Arabia since 2023.

WM42 Matches That Left Best Impressions

At last year's Night of Champions event, John Cena beat CM Punk in the main event to retain the WWE Championship.
The show also included the finals of the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments with Cody Rhodes beating Randy Orton and Jade Cargill defeating Asuka.
By virtue of their victories, both Rhodes and Cargill were granted world title matches at SummerSlam.
WWE has yet to announce if that will be the case once again this year, but it would be a logical hook to make Night of Champions feel like a big deal on the road to SummerSlam.
If the tournaments do take place, Oba Femi stands out as a potential massive favorite in King of the Ring on the heels of his dominant win against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42.
During the WrestleMania post-show, both Femi and new world heavyweight champion Roman Reigns mentioned a meeting between them in the not-too-distant future, and Oba winning King of the Ring could make it happen at SummerSlam.
In addition to King and Queen of the Ring tournament finals, Night of Champions could possibly include title defenses by Reigns, Rhodes, WWE women's champion Rhea Ripley and women's world champion Liv Morgan, making it an event with massive potential to deliver.
