Ryan has the edge over Manning in terms of individual production and accolades. A four-time Pro Bowler and the 2016 MVP, he threw for more passing yards (67,792) and touchdowns (381) compared to the New York Giants legend (57,023 yards, 366 touchdowns).
The two Super Bowls are nonetheless a pretty big trump card.
During the Giants' title runs in 2007 and 2011, Manning had 2,073 yards through the air and 15 touchdowns to just two interceptions.
Ryan, on the other hand, played a role in the biggest Super Bowl collapse in history. He wasn't solely to blame for the Falcons throwing away a 25-point lead in the second half of Super Bowl LI, but he was there when it happened.
Ryan had a decorated career and might be a bit underrated given the general lack of success Atlanta had before and after his time there.
But he'd probably trade that MVP and some of his passing yards for one of Manning's Super Bowls.
