Notable Pre-Draft Trades
Bengals Send 10th Overall Pick to Giants for Lawrence
The Cincinnati Bengals beefed up their defensive line last week when they sent the No. 10 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft to the New York Giants for three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence.
While the Giants lost one of the most talented defensive linemen in the league, the deal gave them two premium picks in the first round, as they also own the No. 5 overall selection.
Rams Deal 29th Overall Pick to Chiefs for McDuffie
Last month, the Los Angeles Rams parted with some significant draft capital in exchange for cornerback Trent McDuffie, as they dealt the No. 29 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft, as well as fifth- and sixth-round selections in the 2026 draft, and a 2027 third-round pick to the Kansas City Chiefs.
After shockingly missing the playoffs last season, the Chiefs have the ammo to improve their roster significantly, owning the Nos. 9 and 29 overall picks in the first round.
Dolphins Get 30th Overall Pick from Broncos for Waddle
The Denver Broncos got aggressive last month, trading the No. 30 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft, plus 2026 third- and fourth-round picks to the Miami Dolphins for wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and a 2026 fourth-round pick.
Denver got a No. 1 wideout for quarterback Bo Nix, while the Dolphins got some much-needed draft capital to accelerate a rebuild, as they have the Nos. 11 and 30 overall picks in this year's draft.
