Latest NFL Draft Rumors on Potential Landing Spots for Jordyn Tyson, Arvell Reese, Mansoor Delane

Andrew PetersApr 20, 2026

While fans have gotten a rough idea of where prospects will fall in this year's draft, nothing is set in stone just yet.

ESPN's Peter Schrager explained on his podcast on Monday where top prospects could fall later this week.

The New York Giants now have two top-10 picks after trading Dexter Lawrence II to the Cincinnati Bengals last week, meaning they have a bit of flexibility on Thursday.

Schrager went through what the Giants' thought process might be heading into the first round.

The first name he mentioned was Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese. Reese, the No. 4 overall player on the latest big board from Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department, has widely been projected to go inside the top five, but where exactly he'll land remains the question.

Schrager noted that the Giants' interest in Reese is a big "what if," as New York will need four teams to pass on him in order to select him fifth overall.

The second prospect Schrager pegged as a candidate to be selected by New York was Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson, the No. 9 overall player on B/R's big board.

Schrager noted that Giants general manager Joe Schoen flew to Arizona last week to have dinner with Tyson before his pro day, a move that certainly indicates that New York is interested in him.

Schrager added that Tyson has had interest from the teams drafted at No. 7, 8 and 9, so the Giants' best bet could be to take him fifth overall.

Tyson is coming off a season in which he recorded 711 yards and eight touchdowns on 61 receptions for the Sun Devils.

Schrager also noted that LSU cornerback Mansoor Delane, who is No. 8 on B/R's big board, is the only "surefire top-15 pick" at his position. He listed Delane and Tyson as the top options for the New Orleans Saints at 8.

The Kansas City Chiefs could also target Delane if he is still on the board at No. 9.
