Joey Aguilar 2026 NFL Draft Scouting Report for Minnesota Vikings QB

The Minnesota Vikings have reportedly signed Tennessee QB Joey Aguilar as an undrafted rookie free agent, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Joey Aguilar is an experienced quarterback prospect with above-average physical tools. He projects as a backup quarterback who will compete for a roster spot.

Aguilar started his college football career at Diablo Valley College. After two years, he transferred to Appalachian State as a former 3-star recruit in the 2023 class. Spent two more seasons developing and earning playing experience before transferring to Tennessee for his final season of college football.

Aguilar proved he could hang with the big boys of the SEC with his performance versus the Georgia Bulldogs in a thrilling game.
