Pickleball Slam 2026 Results, Score and Prize Money for Agassi, Blake Win vs. Bouchard, Waters
Former tennis players Andre Agassi and James Blake defeated pickleball superstar Anna Leigh Waters and former tennis player Genie Bouchard at Pickleball Slam 4 on Wednesday night by a 3-1 margin.
In the singles competition, Waters beat Blake in straight sets while Agassi defeated Bouchard in three sets. That meant the doubles match was for all the marbles (each singles match was worth a point for the winning team, while the doubles match was worth two points).
Agassi and Blake won in straight sets, with a strategy clearly predicated on targeting Bouchard and keeping the ball away from the dangerous Waters. It worked.

This year's Pickleball Slam was the first time that a professional pickleball player, Waters, joined the ranks of former tennis players.
"I think it's huge," the 19-year-old Waters told Charlie Eccleshare of The Athletic. "The Pickleball Slam is a big event. Pickle is in the name, so it's kind of cool that we have finally, a legit, like, full-bred pickleball player."
For Agassi, an advocate of growing pickleball, the sport presents a whole different strategy and approach.
"I know what to expect on the tennis court, where the edges are going to be and you're really wrestling with the nuance of how you need to execute," he told Eccleshare. "I don't have that same depth of experience (with pickleball), so everything always feels new to me. With tennis, I spent most of my career reminding myself that I've prepared my whole life for this. And I will not see something new that I can't adjust to, but in pickle, it feels like there's still a lot that's new. So it's an adventure."
The winning pair of Agassi and Blake will share a $1 million prize.
