Rugby Star Ilona Maher Recounts Not Recognizing Jaxson Dart at Giants' Party in Hilarious Video

Ilona Maher recalled a story during the most recent Super Bowl week when she attended a party, met New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart and didn't realize who he was.

Maher spoke on the topic during the House of Maher podcast with her sisters, Ilona and Adrianna (7:14 mark).

"When I was at the Super Bowl, I went to this party and there's a lot of like football players from the Giants were there," Maher said.

"There's this one guy, he's like blonde, he's an attractive guy, young-looking, and I'm like, 'Hey what's up man?'"

Maher then asked if Dart played football, before the conversation turned to the team he played for and his position.

"It was Jaxson Dart. No idea," she said. "I mean he knew who I was."

Both Maher and Dart have enjoyed success in the spotlight.

Maher has represented the United States in rugby sevens at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics, winning bronze in the latter Games. She also appeared on Dancing With the Stars and earned runner-up honors.

Dart just shined for the Giants in his rookie season, connecting on 63.7 percent of his passes for 2,272 yards, 15 touchdowns and five interceptions over 12 starts. He also excelled on the ground with 487 rushing yards and nine touchdowns.
