Stefon Diggs, Tyreek Hill, Deebo Samuel's Best Landing Spots After 2026 NFL Draft Day 1
With the first day of the NFL draft now behind us, we have a better idea about remaining team needs and positions to address.
Here, we'll explore wideout-needy teams who could be potential fits for veteran wideouts like Stefon Diggs, Tyreek Hill and Deebo Samuel. Let's get into it.
Stefon Diggs

The Washington Commanders decided against selecting a wideout in the first round, and Jayden Daniels desperately needs more high-quality weapons. Adding another option outside to complement Terry McLaurin would make a lot of sense for the Commanders.
In Atlanta, the Falcons added Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus this offseason, but neither is a truly game-changing complement for Drake London. Diggs would give them another established option out wide.
If the Carolina Panthers decide that Xavier Legette isn't going to live up to his first-round draft hype, pairing Tetairoa McMillan with Diggs would offer Bryce Young an upgrade on the outside.
The Miami Dolphins need more options at wideout. Diggs would immediately be their top receiver.
Finally, getting more weapons for Fernando Mendoza should be a goal in Las Vegas. Diggs would be a logical option.
Tyreek Hill

Adding a speedy outside threat for Daniels would make a lot of sense in Washington, though there will be questions about whether Hill has lost a step at his age, especially given his recovery from a devastating knee injury. But if he still has his burst, he's the type of field-stretching weapon the Commanders could really use.
Tua Tagovailoa may not win the starting job in Atlanta, but if he does, we know he has plenty of familiarity with Hill. Whether the two want a reunion is another matter, but Hill would give Atlanta yet another dynamic weapon.
Could Hill spurn the Dolphins by signing in Buffalo? Josh Allen could use another weapon on the outside, even after the team landed DJ Moore, and Hill would add more speed to the position. It's a logical if unlikely possibility.
Everybody assumes the New England Patriots will trade for A.J. Brown, but if they don't, why not Hill? The Pats need more playmakers for Drake Maye.
Ditto for the Raiders and Mendoza. Hill would give them another dimension.
Deebo Samuel

Deebo Samuel's ability to make an impact as both a runner and receiver changes the teams that would make the most sense for him, to a degree.
Offenses that need to find a way to generate splash plays but lack great quarterbacking play, for instance (think the Cleveland Browns or New York Jets) would be wise to at least consider a gadget weapon like Samuel, even after the Browns drafted wideout KC Concepcion and the Jets drafted tight end Kenyon Sadiq and receiver Omar Cooper Jr.
But most of the teams listed for Diggs or Hill (outside the Commanders, of course) would make sense. The Patriots and Dolphins, in particular, should kick the proverbial tires here.
