Jason Day Forced to Change Wild Masters Outfit, See Golfer's Looks Planned for Augusta National
Jason Day is attempting to bring high fashion to the golf course, but Augusta National wants him to keep things tame at the Masters this week.
The Australian golfer reportedly was asked to alter his planned outfits for the tournament. According to Sports Illustrated's Brian Gluffra, Day planned to wear a shirt with a bird print from Malbon Golf's "Birds of Georgia" collection, along with matching pants, but he was asked to wear solid-colored pants instead.
Day, who joined Malbon Golf in 2024 after leaving Nike, has pushed the limits of what he's allowed to wear on the course since signing with the company. Last year, he was asked by Augusta National to tone down his busy outfits.
Day, who is still looking for his first victory at Augusta National, may not get to wear his bird-themed pants, but he'll look to leave the Masters with a green jacket.
