Twins' 'Chocolate Fish on a Stick' Displayed in Close-Up Photo for Concession Menu at Target Field

The Minnesota Twins showcased a new dessert item that will be available at Target Field during the 2026 season on Thursday.

The Twins are introducing a Japanese-inspired "Chocolate Fish on a Stick," a crispy fish-shaped waffle with sweet filling and served with vanilla ice cream. Chocolate sauce is also drizzled over the dish.

Minnesota's 2026 concession menu will also include new items such as loaded tater tot nachos, buffalo chicken poutine, churros and grilled quesadillas.

The Twins are looking to improve upon a 70-92 finish last season, as it represented their worst win percentage since 2016.

Minnesota has opened its 2026 campaign with a 1-4 record, although its home opener will take place against the Tampa Bay Rays on Friday.
