'Andy Reid Disguise' Halloween Costume Teased by Chiefs in 2026 April Fools' Day Photo

The Kansas City Chiefs got in on the April Fools' Day fun Wednesday by advertising a fake disguise modeled after longtime head coach Andy Reid.

In a post on X, the Chiefs joked that they would be selling the disguise—comprised of glasses, a nose and Reid's signature mustache—at a price of $15.87:

The price point of the phony product was a nod to the jersey numbers of quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce, as well as their 1587 Prime steakhouse in Kansas City.

Reid, 68, is widely regarded as one of the greatest coaches in NFL history and a future Hall of Famer. His 279 regular-season coaching wins are fourth on the all-time list, and he is second all-time in postseason wins with 28.

After leading the Chiefs to five Super Bowl appearances and three Super Bowl wins, Reid's team shockingly fell off last season to the tune of a 6-11 record, but they are prime candidates to bounce back and return to contention in 2026.
