Charles Demmings NFL Draft 2026 Scouting Report for Minnesota Vikings CB

Daniel HarmsApr 16, 2026

The Minnesota Vikings selected Stephen F. Austin CB Charles Demmings with the No. 163 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

With the ideal NFL frame and length, Charles Demmings becomes an intriguing developmental prospect with athletic upside. He's well equipped to deal with vertical routes on the boundary and closes to the catch point quickly.

The former walk-on at Stephen F. Austin played in 42 games, compiling 63 tackles (36 solo), nine interceptions, and 36 passes defensed. He earned All-Conference and All-American honors in 2025.

Dan has covered the Kansas City Chiefs and the NFL Draft since 2019 while contributing for RGR Football. Most recently, he spent the 2025 draft cycle at The Draft Network and is entering his first season in our scouting department.
