A.J. Brown's Trade Wish List Revealed in New Eagles Rumors About Chiefs, More NFL Landing Spots

Philadelphia Eagles star receiver A.J. Brown is expected to be traded this offseason, and it sounds like he has an idea for where he wants to end up.

According to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer, Brown's camp "has certainly done its homework on interested teams," and the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots "were on his wish list."

Unfortunately for Brown, Breer went on to explain why most of his preferred teams are unlikely to pursue a trade for him.

"Buffalo, having done the deal for [D.J.] Moore, is no longer involved. I don't think the Chargers are either, with their focus on the offensive line and the edge positions (with a big chunk of money/cap now gone to [Khalil] Mack)," Breer stated. "And ditto on the Chiefs, who are zeroed in on the running back spot, and have a desire to replenish the roster with the picks they got in the [Trent] McDuffie trade."

Amid the lack of significant trade interest, the situation between Brown and the Eagles "feels like it's at a standstill," Breer added.

Philadelphia is reportedly seeking a deal similar to the 2022 Davante Adams trade between the Las Vegas Raiders and Green Bay Packers in which the Packers received the Raiders' first- and second-round draft picks that year. However, Breer stated, "I'm not sure anyone will go that far to get him," as other teams suggested a deal comparable to the 2024 Stefon Diggs trade between the Bills and Houston Texans for a Day 3 pick swap in '24 and a '25 second-round pick.

Brown is one of the best receivers in the league, and he will be motivated to bounce back from a down year in 2025. Perhaps a team will sweeten its trade offer to the Eagles in hopes of adding the three-time Pro Bowler and contending for a spot in the Super Bowl.
