NFL Draft 2026 Scouting Report for Toledo CB Andre Fuller
Andre Fuller had a breakout season after missing 2024 with an injury and showcased his ability in press coverage with the mindset of a longer corner. He's a physical boundary corner with the prototypical NFL size and speed who can earn his way into the fold with special teams upside.
A former walk-on at Arkansas Pine-Bluff, Fuller played two seasons before transferring to Toledo, where he made the switch from safety to corner in 2024 (season missed due to injury), then set career highs in tackles (49, 20 solo), interceptions (one), and passes defensed (10). The positional flexibility could be attractive to NFL teams.

Where He Wins
1 of 4
— Fuller has the tools and mindset to be a physical boundary corner with patient footwork at the line of scrimmage and well-timed press technique.
— He uses his length to throw off release/route timing and guides receivers to the sideline.
— Competitive at the catch point and takes his cues from the receiver well, where the majority of his ball production in 2025 came from.
— A willing and able tackler in space and against the run, showcasing his experience as a safety.
Areas of Improvement
2 of 4
— Fuller panics when he's stacked vertically and is late to receiver breaks at the top of the route, resulting in penalties and completed passes.
— Still developing his hand timing in press coverage and will get stacked quickly by faster receivers.
— Struggles to locate the football down the field and relies on receiver body language instead of turning to locate.
— Hip tightness shows up against quicker receivers and his mirroring falters as a result.
