Daniel Jeremiah Reveals New 2026 NFL Draft Big Board, Biggest Risers and Fallers After Combine

Adam WellsMar 5, 2026

NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah has joined the chorus of draft analysts updating their big boards coming out of the scouting combine.

In his latest top-50 update posted on Thursday, the top of Jeremiah's board remains largely the same with some of the names flipped around.

Fernando Mendoza and Jeremiyah Love, who have been his top two prospects dating back to January, maintained their positioning. Sonny Styles, arguably the biggest winner in Indianapolis, moved ahead of David Bailey and Arvell Reese as the top defensive player and No. 3 overall prospect in the class.

Here are Jeremiah's top 10 prospects following the combine:

  1. Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana
  2. Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame
  3. Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State
  4. David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech
  5. Arvell Reese, EDGE, Ohio State
  6. Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State
  7. Rueben Bain Jr., EDGE, Miami
  8. Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State
  9. Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU
  10. Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami

Jeremiah did nothing to calm down the enthusiasm for Styles, comparing his game to San Francisco 49ers star Fred Warner: "It's hard to find prospects with Styles' combination of speed, athleticism and instincts."

The biggest positive mover among Jeremiah's top 15 prospects was Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq. He jumped three spots to No. 13 overall and has climbed up eight spots since the release of Jeremiah's first big board on Jan. 27.

Sadiq's ascent wasn't the biggest jump for a previously-ranked prospect on Jeremiah's list. That distinction belongs to Utah tackle Caleb Lomu, who is now ranked No. 24 after being in the 31st spot on Feb. 23.

In order for people to move up, others unfortunately have to move down. The biggest fallers among the top prospects in the class coming out of the combine on Jeremiah's ranking are a pair of wide receivers, Jordyn Tyson and Denzel Boston, as well as Texas A&M's Cashius Howell.

Boston and Howell tied for the biggest fall from the previous rankings, dropping seven spots. Boston is now ranked No. 25 overall, with Howell coming in at No. 28.

The primary knock against Howell after the combine was his size, as he came in very small in both height and weight for a defensive end.

Boston's drop in the rankings comes after he opted not to go through testing, though he did participate in some of the on-field drills.

B/R's NFL scouting department has cited Boston's inconsistency against press coverage and slow burst off the line of scrimmage as concerns coming into the NFL.

Per Jeremiah, the main knock against Tyson was a lack of durability throughout his college career. He played at least 10 games just once in the past four seasons, including a torn ACL, MCL and PCL suffered in 2022 and a fractured clavicle in 2024.

Tyson was a touchdown machine when he did play, finding the end zone 18 times in 21 games over the past two seasons.

The storylines for these prospects are just some of the reasons that the 2026 draft is shaping up to be extremely fascinating. There appear to be several impact players at key positions who can potentially start right away, which could lead to some interesting decisions leading up to and during the draft.
