Devils' Jack Hughes, Singer Tate McRae Reportedly 'Exclusively' Dating

New Jersey Devils forward and 2026 Olympics star Jack Hughes is reportedly in a relationship with pop singer Tate McRae.

According to Daniel Trainor of US Weekly, Hughes and McRae are now "exclusively" dating after casually seeing each other in late 2025.

The couple initially connected after Hughes initiated a conversation with McRae on Instagram, per Trainor.

The pair were first first spotted together while out to dinner in New York City in Nov. 2025, via Samantha Stutsman of People. They were also spotted walking together one month later.

Hughes is looking to help the Devils make their second consecutive playoff appearance this season, but he's also coming off a stellar run at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Hughes scored the game-winning goal to defeat Canada in overtime and secure gold at the Games with a 2-1 victory.

The win marked the first gold medal triumph for the U.S. men's hockey team since the "Miracle on Ice" in 1980.

As for McRae, she has over 49 million monthly listeners on Spotify and earned her first Grammy nomination in Nov. 2025.
