Brock Lesnar to Compete at WrestleMania 42 After Open Challenge Issued at WWE Raw

Brock Lesnar is heading to WrestleMania 42.

Lesnar and Paul Heyman turned heads across the wrestling world during WWE Raw on Monday when they issued an open challenge, which left fans wondering who will answer it:

"I don't have a prediction. I don't even have a spoiler for you," Heyman said. "Because when Brock Lesnar and I walked through that locked room, there wasn't one person that was man enough that I could identify that would step up and take the a-- kicking of biblical proportions that awaits them at WrestleMania."

WrestleMania is WWE's biggest annual event, and this year's spectacle will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18 and 19.

It will include a highly anticipated showdown between CM Punk and Roman Reigns, but Lesnar's challenge adds another layer of intrigue.

"You can have all the title matches you want," Heyman said. "The real main event at WrestleMania is whoever's going to get their a-- kicked and conquered versus Brock Lesnar."

WWE fans won't have to wait until then to see Lesnar in action.

After all, his Raw schedule after Monday's appearance is March 16 in San Antonio, March 23 in Boston, March 30 in New York City, April 6 in Houston and April 13 in Sacramento.

But all eyes will be on that WrestleMania date as the WWE world waits to see who answers the open challenge.
