Angel Reese Makes Unrivaled Season Debut, Top Highlights and Stats From Rose BC vs. Hive

Angel Reese has officially made her return to the Unrivaled with Rose BC.

Reese recorded 13 points and eight rebounds for the Rose in a close loss to Hive BC in her Unrivaled season debut on Friday night.

Reese shot 6-for-9 from the field and 1-for-2 from the foul line in the Rose's 80-78 loss.

Both teams were tied at 78 points before the Hive's Kelsey Mitchell reached the game-winning score of 80 with a two-point layup.

Mitchell finished the win with a team-high 27 points, while Azurá Stevens posted 20 points and eight rebounds against her former team.

Kahleah Copper scored a game-high 29 points for the Rose in the loss.

Reese was named Unrivaled's 2025 Defensive Player of the Year after leading the league in 12.2 rebounds per game and pacing the Rose with last season.

She was sidelined ahead of the semifinals with a hand injury as the Rose went on to win the inaugural championship.

Unrivaled announced on Feb. 11 that Reese would rejoin the league for the remainder of the 2026 season after a Rose roster spot opened up following the four-team trade that sent Stevens to the Hive.
