Tom Brady, Wayne Gretzky, Mark Messier Share Suite in Photo During Canada's Olympic Win vs. Finland
NFL icon Tom Brady shared a suite with two Hockey Canada legends during Friday's men's hockey semifinal between Canada and Finland at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics.
Brady was spotted in the same box as Mark Messier and Wayne Gretzky during Canada's 3-2 comeback win over Finland at Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena.
Gretzky, who spent most of his NHL career with the Edmonton Oilers, is a Canadian citizen with ties to U.S. president Donald Trump.
He clarified to TSN's James Duthie ahead of Friday's semifinal that he has "never wavered" from wanting Canada to win gold.
Brady's allegiances lie elsewhere. He was cheering on the American women's hockey team on Thursday while watching Team USA claim a 2-1 overtime gold medal victory against Canada.
The PWHL shared a photo of Brady and Messier posing with tennis icon Billie Jean King ahead of the women's final.
Brady could now be pitted against Messier and Gretzky when the American and Canadian men's hockey teams play for gold this Sunday.
Puck drop for the gold medal game is set to take place at 8:10 a.m. ET this Sunday at Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena.
