Micah Parsons Shares Video of Knee Injury Rehab Amid NFL Offseason with Packers
Green Bay Packers star Micah Parsons provided fans with a small peek into his rehab from a torn ACL.
The three-time All-Pro shared a short clip in which he's lifting off his surgically repaired left knee:
The last time a lot of fans saw Parsons, he was riding a motor scooter around at the Pro Bowl Games and having a good time.
The decorated edge-rusher is only two months removed from his injury, which came in a loss to the Denver Broncos on Dec. 14. He still has a long way to go until his knee is fully healed.
For a lot of athletes, the biggest hurdles when recuperating from a serious injury are often mental. The process is slow and the progress is incremental while not always being linear. There isn't really a way to speed the recovery along, either.
Low-impact exercises may not look like a big deal. But every little bit gets Parsons closer to his on-field return for the Packers.
