"You enrapture fools to kings, and exist without a peer, put on this Earth for many things, but our love is why you're here," Garrett said.
Kim admitted that she "cried" the first time she heard it.
Garrett and Kim went public with their relationship on Nov. 25 when they shared a kiss prior to the Cleveland Browns' Week 12 game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium.
Garrett has been in attendance at the Olympics to watch Kim as she competed in the women's halfpipe. He even wore a custom jacket with her visage on the front prior to the final on Feb. 12.
They seem to bring each other good luck when they are watching the other compete. Garrett had three sacks against the Raiders as part of his record-breaking season in which he recorded 23 sacks in 17 games.
Kim won silver at the Olympics, giving her medals in three consecutive Winter Games dating back to 2018.
