Jutta Leerdam Gains Millions of IG Followers After Olympic Gold, New Total for Jake Paul's Fiancee

Jutta Leerdam of the Netherlands was already a headline name coming into the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics.

And now the speed skater is even more popular.

During Sunday's broadcast of the women's 500 m race, the announcers revealed her Instagram page now has more than six million followers.

"She already came in with a big following," the broadcast revealed. "She had about four million followers on Instagram. Look at this now, 6.1 million as of today."

Some may have known Leerdam before the Games because she is engaged to Jake Paul, but she has been excellent on the ice in Italy.

First, she captured gold and set an Olympic record in the women's 1,000 m race. Then, she won silver in Sunday's competition and finished behind only Netherlands teammate Femke Kok.

With another medal added to her list of accomplishments, Leerdam figures to gain even more Instagram followers.
