The two have been engaged in a friendly back and forth as they get ready to face off in the flag football event in Saudi Arabia. Brady appeared on the Impaulsive podcast with Paul, who bragged about being the "highest level" of athlete, leading to Brady posting on X:

Paul continued to build the event in an interview with Zack Heydorn of SI.com by saying that "99% of NFL athletes" would "s--t the bed" if they stepped into a WWE ring.

The former United States champion will get the chance to show Brady what he's made of in a game of football. Other current and former NFL stars, including Christian McCaffrey, Saquon Barkley and Rob Gronkowski, will also be playing.

Kyle Shanahan, Sean Payton and Pete Carroll will be coaching the teams.

The event features three teams of eight players competing in a round-robin tournament. The top two teams after the round-robin phase will face off in the championship game.
