Lake ultimately sent a recording of his remix to Kelce less than a week after his initial message, according to the screenshots.
Kelce responded by saying that he and Swift both loved the recording, and that Swift's team would "reach out ASAP."
The new "Opalite" remix is available for preorder on Lake's website until Sunday, according to the producer.
"Opalite" was a track on Swift's 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, which was released in October.
Kelce and Swift started dating in 2023 and announced their engagement last August. The couple is planning their wedding for next June, according to Page Six's Bernie Zilio.
It's not yet clear if Kelce will still be in the NFL by then. He is currently a pending free agent, although NFL Network's Ian Rapoport recently reported that the Chiefs want him back and planned to speak with him after Super Bowl LX.
