Zach BacharFeb 7, 2026

Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke discussed quarterback Matthew Stafford possibly receiving a statue outside of SoFi Stadium in the future.

"Well, we'll see," Kroenke told TMZ Sports on Friday. "This guy's something, isn't he?"

"Let's go win one next year!" he added.

Stafford was named MVP on Thursday night, becoming the fourth player in Rams franchise history to earn the honor.

The 38-year-old completed 65.0 percent of his throws for a league-leading 4,707 yards and 46 touchdowns, getting picked off eight times. His 71.0 QBR ranked No. 4 among 28 qualified quarterbacks, via ESPN.

Stafford has spent the past five seasons with Los Angeles, earning two Pro Bowl nods over that span and helping the team capture a Super Bowl title during his 2021 campaign.

He sits at No. 4 on the Rams' all-time passing list and No. 3 on their all-time passing touchdowns leaderboard.

With Stafford seemingly confirming that he won't be retiring during the offseason, another Super Bowl win during his 2026 campaign could make a statue decision much easier for Kroenke.
