Puka Nacua Discusses Reaction to Viral Sydney Sweeney Social Media Post in Video

Los Angeles Rams star receiver Puka Nacua talked about the reaction to his viral social media post directed at actress Sydney Sweeney.

Nacua explained that he wasn't expecting his post to gain as much attention as it did during an appearance on the Up & Adams show, saying "my awareness skills were at zero at that moment."

After Sweeney said she's looking for a future partner that could take her skydiving during a Jan. 29 interview with Alexandra Whittaker of Cosmopolitan, Nacua later joked about loving the activity in a post on X.

He revealed Friday that he doesn't regret the post.

"No, I don't regret it at all," Nacua said. "I would still love to go skydiving. I'm not gonna pass that opportunity up. There's only so many moments in life where you can actually feel something and I know that comes in skydiving."

The 24-year-old wrapped up an impressive 2025 season, leading all players with 129 receptions. Nacua also recorded 1,715 yards and found the end zone 10 times.

During the Rams' playoff run that ended in the NFC Championship Game, he caught 24 passes for 332 yards and two touchdowns.
