Myles Garrett Predicts Seahawks vs. Patriots Super Bowl Winner, Shows Jimmy Fallon How to Sack QB
There was no AFC pride in Myles Garrett's Super Bowl prediction.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Cleveland Browns star predicted the Seattle Seahawks to defeat the New England Patriots in Sunday's contest (3:40 mark).
"I think they're just a more well-rounded team," he said. "Those guys have a great defense, and I side with defense, usually."

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
It's hard to argue with Garrett's logic, as Seattle was first in the league in points allowed and sixth in yardage allowed this season. It was also third in scoring with an offense that features Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, further underscoring Garrett's observation about how well-rounded the NFC representative was this season.
While Garrett would surely love to be preparing for the game himself, he did set the single-season sack record as a bright spot for the Browns this season.
"There was never a thought that I wasn't going to get it," he told Fallon before showing the host how to get a sack with the proper get-off. To the surprise of nobody, Fallon couldn't exactly block the star pass-rusher from getting to the tackling dummy that was standing in as a quarterback (six-minute mark).
Fallon took his advice and notched a sack himself in front of the studio audience during an amusing segment.
And now The Tonight Show host is just 22 sacks behind Garrett's total from this season.
