Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb Says Micah Parsons Tried Recruiting George Pickens to Packers at NFL Pro Bowl

Green Bay Packers star pass-rusher Micah Parsons was attempting to recruit Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens at the 2026 NFL Pro Bowl festivities.

Fellow Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb revealed that Parsons was trying to lure Pickens to the Packers during his upcoming free agency in a Wednesday appearance on the Up & Adams Show.

"I don't know what's going on with him," Lamb joked. "He's a little too active to be on the scooter."

Parsons and Pickens were briefly teammates on the Cowboys last offseason, with Dallas acquiring the receiver in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers in May 2025.

Just over three months later, the Cowboys dealt Parsons to the Packers in a blockbuster swap.

While Parsons wasn't able to participate in Tuesday's flag football contest while recovering from a torn ACL that he suffered in Dec. 2025, he still celebrated after Pickens scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter of the game while riding a scooter to protect his knee.

It isn't hard to see why Parsons and the Packers would be interested in adding Pickens, as he thrived during his first year in Dallas.

He reeled in 93 catches for 1,429 yards, finding the end zone nine times after scoring eight touchdowns over the prior two years combined.

Meanwhile, Green Bay is coming off a 9-7-1 finish and will likely attempt to add another weapon for its passing attack considering 2025 leading receiver Romeo Doubs is also headed towards free agency.
